BIOMECHANICS PERSONAL TRAINING IN TUCSON

One-on-one Functional Patterns training focused on improving biomechanics, posture, gait, strength, and overall movement quality.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE & STRENGTH

Improve strength and movement through a combination of self-myofascial release and corrective exercise. These techniques help improve tissue quality, support recovery from injury, and develop more efficient movement patterns.

PERSONALIZED MOVEMENT TRAINING

Training is adapted to each individual's current abilities, movement patterns, and goals. Functional Patterns techniques can be progressed or simplified to build strength, coordination, and more efficient movement for a wide range of ages and ability levels.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Develop greater athleticism through gait-based training, dynamic exercises, and instruction in walking, running, sprinting, and throwing mechanics to improve coordination, power, and overall movement performance.

TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF TAKING CARE OF YOUR BODY

Jul '25 - Mar '26, 50hrs Functional Patterns Gait Training

Your First Step

Posture + Gait Assessment

Your first session focuses on understanding how your body moves. Posture and walking mechanics are observed, and clients are introduced to the self-propelled treadmill. This assessment helps identify compensation patterns and movement inefficiencies throughout the body. Identifying where these patterns occur helps guide the program toward addressing the root of pain and improving long-term function.

Functional Patterns training protocols are introduced during this session, providing an initial experience with the methodology and establishing the foundation for future training.
